Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ximand, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  1. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Conditions
✅ Free Returns (Our Responsibility)
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

❌ Customer-Paid Returns (Your Responsibility)
If you change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@ximand.com within 60 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Refund Processing

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  2. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
If you need a replacement for a defective or incorrect item, we’ll ship the correct product as soon as we receive your return.
